The Shephard household had a FULL day of fun today! We started off our morning by heading out to the Little Rock Airport for a Cirrus open house. The plane was AWESOME and Jason was drooling pretty hard by the time we left. The Cirrus rep who showed us the plane said that if we bought one they would throw in a vasectomy for Jason free of charge just to make sure our family would always fit this four person aircraft! HA! We had to explain we had a chocolate child that would need his own seat too.

After we enjoyed our little fantasy of becoming plane owners - we took Evelyn to her very first water park! She had a great time in the wave pool, the lazy river and especially the little kiddie park. It was fun to see her play with all the other kids and enjoy her new-found freedom of walking. She is such a joy to us and truly brings out the magic and wonder in all the simple things we do.

Even Truman had a fun day of swimming! Soon after we left our house this morning our wonderful friends, Jon and Nikki, called to see if they could pick our brown boy up and take him to the doggie park for a playdate with Nikki's puppy. Truman had a blast and is super beat - THANK YOU, GUYS! He's been passed out on the floor all evening and was even too tired to beg for Evelyn's scraps at dinner tonight.
